These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) outline the relationship between you (“Affiliate”) and SoDigify Ltd (“Company”). By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms, which describe both your obligations and the Company’s obligations in this partnership.
Company: Refers to SoDigify Ltd, its employees, and authorized agents.
Affiliate: Refers to you, the participant in our Affiliate Program.
Parties: Refers collectively to the Company and the Affiliate.
Affiliate Program: Refers to the program managed by Sodigify allowing affiliates to earn commissions.
Affiliate Account: Refers to the account required to manage payouts and participation.
By creating your Affiliate Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Affiliate Program.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Affiliate Program. Misrepresentation of age will void this Agreement.
To join, you must create an Affiliate Account. The Company reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.
This Agreement does not restrict either Party from entering into similar arrangements with others.
Affiliates will receive unique tracking links to promote Sodigify products. Qualified purchases through these links will earn commissions as defined by Sodigify’s policies. Payouts are issued monthly, subject to conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Payouts require complete account setup with valid banking or online payment details. Unclaimed commissions after 60 days will be forfeited.
Affiliates can access reports via their account dashboards. Data may be subject to verification before final payouts.
The Company may suspend or terminate this Agreement if the Affiliate violates any terms, laws, or intellectual property rights.
Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use Sodigify’s intellectual property solely for promoting approved Affiliate links. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements and data privacy regulations (such as GDPR). Non-compliance may result in termination.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in unsolicited messaging or spam activities while promoting Sodigify products or services.
Sodigify provides the Affiliate Program “as is” without warranties. Liability for damages is limited to $100.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, USA. Disputes will first attempt resolution in good faith and, if unresolved, may proceed to binding arbitration in Broward County, the United Kingdom.
