SoDigify reserves the right to discontinue providing services to any reseller that advertises its offerings at a price lower than the official rates listed for each individual service, tier, or plan. Resellers of SoDigify products may not promote or advertise prices below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) established for that specific product. This restriction also applies to any coupons, discounts, or promotional offers related to SoDigify services or products.
The MAP policy applies to all forms of advertising across all media channels, including but not limited to social media posts, websites, blogs, press releases, online marketplaces, mobile apps, radio, television, and print publications.
This policy also applies to any activity that SoDigify determines, at its sole discretion, is intended to circumvent or undermine the intent of the MAP policy.
SoDigify reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller accounts, including any associated discounts, if it reasonably believes that:
SoDigify retains sole authority to determine whether a violation of the MAP policy has occurred and to decide the appropriate course of action.
