Any user found engaging in spam-related activity will have their account immediately terminated.

Definition of Spam

Spam refers to any and all unsolicited emails or electronic messages. Sending promotional content, information, or solicitations without the direct prior consent of the recipient is considered spam.

Examples of spam that violate this policy include, but are not limited to:

  • Sending messages to individuals who previously subscribed but later opted out of receiving further communications.
  • Contacting recipients with whom the sender has no prior relationship or who did not explicitly consent to be contacted.
  • Using purchased, rented, or third-party “opt-in” lists where the recipients have no direct association with the sender.
  • Sending messages without providing a clear and simple way to opt out of future communications.
  • Using an invalid or misleading reply-to address.

What Is Not Spam

A message is not considered spam if:

  • The recipient has explicitly requested to receive the information from the sender or the sender’s organization.
  • The recipient has not subsequently requested removal from the sender’s mailing list.

Spam Filtering

Sodigify employs spam-filtering technology to help identify and block unsolicited messages. While these systems are effective, they may occasionally filter out legitimate emails.

If you believe a message you sent has been incorrectly filtered, please contact us through an alternative communication method.

Policy Changes

We may update this Anti-Spam Policy periodically. Any updates will be posted on our website, and we encourage you to review this page regularly to remain informed of any changes.
